Report to: Compensation & Reward Part Leader
Key Accountabilities:
1. C&R analysis & report.
2. Budget management
3. Performance management (goals-setting principles, mid/end-year review, calibration, salary review, promotion, award & recognition)
4. External compensation survey
5. Designs and develops remuneration scheme/policy & procedures (job title/grading system, pay structure, salary range, …)
6. Compensation and rewards system (fixed salary, variable bonus/incentive, allowances, benefits, tools of trade, …)
Job Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of experience in C&B, Total reward
2. Good interpersonal & communication skills
3. Ability to work independently and high adaptability working with a team
4. Be responsible, meticulous, details oriented, good problem solving
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
