Report to: Customer Care Manager
  • Build Customer Care programs (VIP Customer care programs...) as a part of Customer Centricity as well as monitor its deployment following Company's strategy and Department's objectives.
  • Participate/work with relevant Departments in building up and managing the deployment of Customer Centricity projects (Customer Care Portal, Customer Reward Programs...)
  • Monitor and conduct the customer survey to enhance the services and quality of our services (SLA, TAT...)
  • Research and propose new initiatives Care programs to improve customer loyalty and increase the Customer service and experience.
  • Lead daily activities of Customer Care team and manage report daily/weekly/monthly.
  • Take other tasks/duties assigned by Head of Department.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • More than 03 years of experience in Customer Service/Customer Experience. (Insurance industry is highly preferred)
  • Having knowledge/experience in Insurance industry is the plus.
  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, well-organized, sense of responsibility.
  • Work under high pressure.
