Report to: Customer Care Manager
Responsibilities:
-
Build Customer Care programs (VIP Customer care programs...) as a part of Customer Centricity as well as monitor its deployment following Company's strategy and Department's objectives.

Participate/work with relevant Departments in building up and managing the deployment of Customer Centricity projects (Customer Care Portal, Customer Reward Programs...)

Monitor and conduct the customer survey to enhance the services and quality of our services (SLA, TAT...)
-
Research and propose new initiatives Care programs to improve customer loyalty and increase the Customer service and experience.

Lead daily activities of Customer Care team and manage report daily/weekly/monthly.

Take other tasks/duties assigned by Head of Department.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree.
-
More than 03 years of experience in Customer Service/Customer Experience. (Insurance industry is highly preferred)
-
Having knowledge/experience in Insurance industry is the plus.

Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, well-organized, sense of responsibility.

Work under high pressure.
